Digital Creative Strategist required ASAP for West London Broadcaster.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Creative Strategist who combines performance marketing expertise with a strong understanding of brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven decision-making and creative innovation, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact while reinforcing brand equity.

You will lead creative strategy and executional best practices across major digital platforms—Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels—with a focus on driving conversion, engagement, and ROI. Additionally, you’ll champion the integration of AI-powered tools to enhance creative effectiveness, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance-Driven Creative Strategy
    • Develop creative approaches that maximise campaign performance across paid social and digital channels.
    • Translate audience insights and data into actionable creative recommendations that improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency.
  • Comms Planning & Messaging
    • Build messaging frameworks bespoke to digital and social platforms that balance brand consistency with performance objectives.
    • Ensure creative assets align with funnel stages—from awareness to conversion.
  • Platform Expertise & Executional Excellence
    • Own creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and other major platforms, leveraging platform-specific trends and formats.
    • Partner with media, marketing and creative teams to optimise creative for audience targeting and bidding strategies.
  • AI-Driven Innovation
    • Explore and implement AI tools for creative ideation, dynamic content generation, intelligent targeting and predictive optimisation.
    • Share learnings and foster adoption of AI-driven solutions across the team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with performance marketing, analytics, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
    • Present creative strategies and performance insights to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital creative strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven success in driving measurable results across Meta, TikTok, and other major platforms.
  • Solid understanding of executional best practices, including creative formats, audience segmentation, and optimisation tactics.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in marketing; LLMs, generative AI, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to creative decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
