Freelance Digital Producer

Freelance Digital Producer required at high profile West London Broadcaster.

Please note we do not have exact dates for this role. The Producer would join the companies existing talent pool and would be called upon when needed. Mandatory 3 days in the office in West London.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently and brilliantly lead the production of a 360 entertainment campaign ensuring successful delivery of all On Air & Off air elements
• Responsible for liaising with wider internal teams and external suppliers
• Managing feedback and approvals process both within SCA and wider business
• Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers
• Working with resource managers to ensure projects are resourced properly and budget is in place to backfill where needed
• To use production expertise to come up with the best and most effective solutions for producing a campaign on time & on budget.
• Use the company’s assets, when appropriate, by working closely with Production Services to deliver production solutions which leverage internal facilities across the board
• Lead on all negotiations with agents/production companies for both on and off screen talent 
• Work closely with Directors and Creatives and support them by applying production experience to deliver the creative vision. Help clients understand the production process and actively participate in all stages of the process to ensure work is high quality and effective 

Candidate Specification

• Substantial (3+ years) 360 production and post-production knowledge gained in either a broadcast media, advertising agency or production company background or equivalent is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery
• Proven track record of managing budgets and forward planning
• Ability to Manage pre-production process and its various stages of sign-off
• A hands-on producer and people developer with proven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team
• Confident in senior level meetings with stakeholder management 
• Great communicator - maintain and build relationships internally and externally     
• Strong organisational skills particularly those involving complex 360 production techniques for all media - digital, video, print and stills
• Ability to supervise and direct junior members of staff
