  • Offer ongoing support to users resolving issues, answering queries and continuously improving the user experience across reporting tools and platforms.
  • Assess the quality, consistency and control of data flows across systems; identify gaps or inefficiencies and provide practical well-reasoned suggestions for improvement to enhance data integrity and usability.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in an analytical, business support or reporting role (freelance or in-house).
  • Degree educated (2.1 and above).
  • Advanced Excel skills – confidence with formulas, pivot tables, technical problem solving (knowledge of Power Query an advantage).
  • Understanding of Finance (particularly financial accounting concepts, highly beneficial to have worked in previous finance-based roles).
