Job Title: Specialist Ad Pub Localisation & Operations Specialist EMEA

About the Role
A leading global broadcaster are seeking an experienced Advertising & Publicity Localisation Specialist to support the creation, localisation, and distribution of marketing and publicity content across EMEA.
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality dubbed and subtitled trailers and promotional assets for theatrical and non-theatrical campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, regional marketing teams, localisation vendors, dubbing studios, and external partners to ensure content is delivered on time, to brief, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll also provide day-to-day guidance to a coordinator, take ownership of workflows and schedules, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvement across localisation operations.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Management & Communication

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regional marketing and distribution partners, and EMEA local offices.

Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day operational localisation activity.

Coordinate workflows across internal teams, vendors, dubbing studios, and third parties.

Issue clear briefs and instructions covering localisation requirements, deadlines, delivery formats, and security protocols.
Localisation & Operations

Plan and manage localisation of trailers, marketing, and publicity assets across EMEA.

Review materials as they are completed to understand localisation and delivery needs.

Lead weekly status calls with vendors and key stakeholders to align on schedules and priorities.

Oversee the creation, tracking, and delivery of dubbed and subtitled assets within agreed timelines.

Manage reference materials and ensure security protocols are followed.

Schedule theatrical and online localisation for coordinated EMEA and global launches.

Liaise with dubbing studios and territory teams on recording, mixing, and delivery schedules.

Quality check and approve original and localised content.

Place and reconcile purchase orders for localisation services.

Maintain detailed tracking of versions, assets, and creative information.

Create deliverables in-house when required, including basic editing and watermarking.

Quality check and confirm delivery of localised online content via distribution platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and tools.

Support integration of new project management systems.

Collaborate with leadership and partners to introduce best practices and new technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
Proven experience in localisation, marketing operations, or post-production servicing.

Strong understanding of marketing asset workflows for digital and theatrical distribution.

Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with external vendors and multiple international markets.

Creative services experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

Education

Some college education preferred, ideally in film, digital media, marketing, or a related technical field.
